Why MLUXE?
I started MLUXE because when travelling, particularly to and from airports, I wasn’t impressed by the service some companies were offering, particularly as chauffeur services invariably come at a premium to an everyday taxi. What I found I was getting was little more than a taxi service.
For instance, should I have to find my way to the car park and locate the driver or should they meet me in a prearranged meeting point inside the arrivals hall. At MLUXE the driver will always meet you inside the hall at a designated meeting point, clearly displaying your name.
Should their vehicle be immaculately clean inside and out. A MLUXE vehicle will be cleaned inside and out before every booking. All cars are now fitted with optional COVID health screens to make sure you feel extra safe in these uncertain times.
Should the driver also be well turned out. At MLUXE the driver will always be in professional attire.
Should I have to load my own luggage, this point may seem obvious but I’ve lost count of the times I’ve seen drivers allowing clients to load their own luggage. At MLUXE the driver will convey your luggage to the vehicle and of course load it for you.
This one seems even more obvious, but should the driver know where he’s going and the appropriate route, believe me its not always the case. A MLUXE driver plans well ahead of meeting you, checking the traffic conditions and any issues that may delay the journey.
